Jozef is a management consultant focused on corporate strategy, business process analysis and improvement, project and program management and IT and technology consulting. Before joining WALLENBERG, Jozef worked for global management consulting companies in Slovakia and in Czech Republic. In both companies, Jozef coordinated projects within financial services and manufacturing industries and public sector.

As a project manager Jozef worked for well known international as well as local clients such as Siemens Financial Services, Holcim, Slovenske elektrarne (Enel), Slovak Ministry of Interior, Czech Ministry of Defense, T-Mobile, Tonak, VUB (member of Banca Intesa).

Jozef holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Management of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Dana Škodná

Dana graduated from the Economics University in Bratislava. She passed the Certificate Stage exams – UK variant organized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is a certified tax advisor, a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Slovak branch of IFA (International Fiscal Association).

Dana worked in Arthur Andersen, later Ernst & Young for 17 years, 4 years in the capacity of a partner, where she specialized in international tax, transaction tax, mergers and acquisitions and transfer pricing services. 

Dana published a number of articles in Slovak as well as international newspapers and held seminars on topical tax issues. She has been assisting the Slovak Ministry of Finance and the Central Tax Directorate in drafting and commenting on proposed legislation.

Andrea is experienced Human Resources professional with startups preparation and launch, small and medium enterprises in different phases like growing, transformation or big companies in merger preparation in sectors like airlines, services, FMCG, SSC, B2B metallurgy and automotive industry. Her expertise activities are covering all Human Resources processes and tailor-made special projects at local, country or regional level. 

Andrea holds master degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Bratislava and diploma from didactics & psychology & pedagogy. Before joining Wallenberg her HR competences were growing in international companies like SkyEurope Airlines, Bongrain / Savencia, Bekaert, Plastic Omnium.

Her wide scope includes also knowledge about total productivity management/Lean, Kanban and SCRUM fundamentals.

 

Andrea held lectures mainly about transformation and change management to professional audience.

Michaela Michalovičová

Michaela holds master degrees in International Business from the University of Economics in Bratislava and from the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. She has been a certified tax advisor since 2002, a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors awarded with a golden badge of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors as well as a member of Tax Administration and Personal and Corporate Income Tax Methodical Committees.

Michaela joined WALLENBERG in 2011 as a Partner. She previously worked with Big 4 companies for 14 years. She gained extensive experience serving large multinational companies in various industries with a focus on human capital services, international and transaction tax, transfer pricing and tax administration. She was leading human capital services in Slovakia focused on employees’ global mobility and remuneration structures in the area of tax and social security. Within WALLENBERG she further specialized at labour law aspects, tax litigation and tax controversy.

Michaela held a number of lectures and seminars on topical issues and has been actively involved in drafting and commenting on proposed legislation. Her publication activity has been mainly focused on overlapping aspects of labour law and tax law in the context of Slovak and international law, and on the area of tax controversy, tax litigation and tax administration.
